About Us
At Sirrom, we strive to be recognised as the best Catering and Hospitality service operator in remote accommodation.
Founded in 1966, Sirrom Corporation owns three Bowen Basin Villages and operates 40+ client owned villages across Australia.
Our operations are supported from offices in Brisbane and Perth.
Our teams support workforces across the mining, energy, infrastructure, and defence sectors.
We operate across Australia’s vast and remote regions from the Pilbara to the Goldfields and Gascoyne, Bowen to Surat and Cooper Basins and now, increasingly throughout regional Queensland and New South Wales in support of energy and infrastructure projects.
We’re a business built on experience operating in challenging global settings (1985-2011) like Iraq, Somalia, Cambodia, East Timor and Papua New Guinea. Wherever your operations need to go, we can be there.
Our meticulous focus on delivering great food by great people ensures our clients’ workforces get the “home away from home” experience they need to recharge, reconnect, and come back to work refreshed.
We are also deeply committed to practical sustainability, incorporating composting, biodegradable packaging, reusable containers and energy-efficient equipment across our sites. And with a large portion of our workforce drawn from regional Australia, we prioritise local employment, Indigenous engagement and meaningful community contribution in everything we do.
At Sirrom, we act with purpose, mobilise quickly, and deliver consistently. Our hands-on executive team leads with integrity and connection to site operations, ensuring our clients and their workforces receive nothing less than our full attention and care.
We are proud of our heritage - and even more excited about the future.
Great food, by great people.
That’s not a slogan. It’s how we operate.
Sirrom Corporation acknowledges the Traditional Owners of the land where we work and live. We pay our respects to Elders past and present. We celebrate the stories, culture and traditions of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Elders of all communities who also work and live on this land.
